• You may access and use this website for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without prior notice.
• Boundless Maths is not responsible for the accuracy of content on external platforms linked from this site, including YouTube or Google Drive.

Products & Services

• All premium study materials (Formula Decks, Question Banks, Notes) are digital PDF products delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.
• Online and offline coaching services are provided as agreed at the time of enrolment. Timings, batch sizes, and schedules may change with reasonable notice.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Boundless Maths does not store your payment card or UPI details.
• Accepted methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets — as made available by Razorpay at the time of checkout.
• In the event of a failed transaction where payment has been debited, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay.

Limitation of Liability

Boundless Maths provides study materials and coaching as educational support tools. We make no guarantees regarding specific exam outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Digital Products (PDFs)

• Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales of digital products are final once the download link has been issued.
• Cancellation requests made before payment has been processed will be accommodated in full.
• If you are charged but do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us immediately — we will resolve it promptly.
• In the event of a duplicate payment or a technical billing error on our end, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Coaching Services

• Cancellations for coaching enrolments must be requested in writing within 48 hours of payment and before the first class has been attended.
• No refund is applicable once classes have commenced or course materials have been shared.
• If a scheduled class is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your payment fails but your account has been debited, the amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive a reversal within this period, please contact us with your transaction reference number.

How to Raise a Concern

For any billing issue or refund request, please reach out to us at contact@boundlessmaths.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

How You'll Receive Your Purchase

• Immediately after a successful payment, an automated confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
• This email contains your secure download link(s) for the purchased PDF(s).
• Downloads are available as soon as the email arrives — typically within 5 minutes of payment.

Didn't Receive Your Email?

• Please check your Spam / Junk folder first — automated emails sometimes land there.
• Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• If you still cannot find the email after 30 minutes, please contact us at contact@boundlessmaths.com with your order details and we'll resend the link.

Download Access

• Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• We recommend saving your PDF to your device or a personal cloud storage (such as Google Drive) immediately after downloading.
• If your link expires before you've downloaded, please contact us and we'll reissue it at no charge.

Device Compatibility

Our PDF study materials are compatible with all standard devices — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Any PDF reader app (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, or a built-in phone viewer) will open the files without issue.
